Summer Release Preview

Relationals is preparing a blockbuster summer release -- a highly anticipated sequel to the current hit. Here's a sneak at what's coming soon to a browser near you:

  • Conversations: Allows the entire Relationals user community to exchange with each other freely -- all within Relationals to share tips and strategies.
  • My Relationals Dashboard: A drag-and-drop activity desktop that lets you see the data you want to see that's important to you (for example, "Top 5 opportunities waiting to be closed" or "Top 10 Performing Reps").
  • Calendaring: Improved calendar functions including categories and team views mashed together or separate.
  • Global Search: Search across all Relationals tab objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, etc.) in a single action.
  • Report Scheduling: Automate report delivery to key people within your organization.
  • Workflow Engine: Create and automate standard processes for approvals and progress reporting.
  • Documents and Photos: Major update to Documents area with ability to organize using folders, assign security rights to folders, and a separate Photos area with thumbnails and slideshow capability.
  • Data Export: Improved tools for exporting data.

Opening Communication Lines

Relationals is changing because of you (our customer).

We've heard your desires in wanting more customer communication and are striving to make that happen. While we've always made front-line support our highest priority, our customers have approached us over this last six months to broadcast more information to help them do their jobs better and to get more out of the powerful and flexible Relationals platform. We are taking the opportunity now to do just that.

Besides this blog (which is updated by multiple members of our team on an almost daily basis), we will release a monthly newsletter and webinar series, we're organizing a face-to-face customer summit, and even implemented an instant chat option on our website. And in the coming months, you'll start to see even more outward communication so Relationals customers can be a Relationals community.

Our goals are simple:

  • Foster a connection between you, other Relationals users, and ourselves so we can learn from each other
  • Drive additional value and adoption to the investment you've made to Relationals
