Webinar: Adopt-a-CRM: Best Practices for Getting Reps Involved

Do your sales reps see value in using CRMs? In their minds it probably doesn't affect their everyday sales efforts, but their input is critical to the success of a CRM implementation. CRMs like Relationals centralize information so that you can make better decisions based on the results of successful and unsuccessful efforts. What's the best way to drive participation by sales team members and constantly feed it fresh data so that better sales and marketing strategies can be made? The goal: make every call a productive one. In turn, you need to communicate sales efforts so that what you know can help others and vice versa.

Karen (Tibitowski) Sandoval, the Director of Advertising Operations at Detroit Media Partnership (DMP), hosts the next Relationals Success Series webinar on this critical topic. She'll describe how many of DMP's properties -- including Detroit Free Press and The Detroit News -- are using Relationals to establish a culture of collaboration between their advertising teams. Karen will also examine what approaches she has taken to drive user adoption up, as well as the success these approaches has resulted in.
